We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your rug, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Our customer service team is always ready to assist you throughout the process.
General Return Conditions

Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Rugs must be unused, unwashed, clean, and free of dirt, stains, or odors. Products that show signs of use will not be accepted for return.

All original packaging, labels, and tags must be included.

Custom-made rugs (special sizes, colors, or designs made to order) are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

In some cases, photo proof will be required to complete the return process.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, wrong item shipped, or damage during delivery, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selected), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Prepaid shipping labels must be used within 14 days of issue. Late returns may be refused.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

For defective items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You may keep the defective rug and do not need to return it.
Incorrect Size or Color Selection
We are not responsible for wrong size or color choices made by customers. Please review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact our support team for guidance before purchasing.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
